About Design Analytics AI

Design Analytics AI is a service provided by Design Analytics AI Inc, located at 2501 Chatham Rd Springfield Illinois. We use SMS messaging via our toll-free number (888) 541-2065 ) to communicate with users about upcoming appointments, appointment confirmation, and upcoming meetings.

All messages are sent in compliance with U.S. federal regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties without your explicit consent.

What Types of Messages Will You Receive?

If you opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages from (888) 541-2065 :

• Meeting Alerts:sending appointment reminders, and account information (e.g., “Just a reminder that we are scheduled to meet at 1:00pm CT tomorrow. Talk to you then”).
• Meeting Reminders and Confirmation: Notifications of upcoming scheduled meetings, confirmation of meeting attendance or cancelations (e.g., “Just a reminder we are scheduled to meet on Tuesday at 4:00PM – reply YES to confirm”).

Message frequency: Up to 10 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. We use Twilio for reliable delivery, but delivery is not guaranteed.

Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number verbally and indicating verbally that you “I Consent,” you explicitly agree to receive SMS messages from Design Analytics AI as described above. You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States or Canada. Consent is not required to purchase our services.
